Shipping & Returns


Credit card orders ship within 24 hours if received Monday through Friday. Most orders ship the same day if the order is received before noon (EST) Monday - Friday. Orders entered Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday. Items paid by check or money order will not ship until the payment is received.

Please note, shipping methods for 2nd day may take longer if they occur over a legal holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.). For rush or overnight delivery, please call or contact us for rates.

Shipments to APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and US possessions are by US Priority Mail. Sorry, Next day and 2nd day are not available to these areas.
International Shipments are made by Air Parcel Post or Air Express as selected at checkout. Please note: you may be required to pay additional import taxes, duties, or tariffs, depending on the country of destination.

Please Note: In all shipping options business days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Some shipping delays may occur due to situations beyond our control such as weather and natural or man made disasters.

Shipping costs are based upon the total dimensional weight of the merchandise ordered and the shipping option selected. Actual shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change our shipping costs at any time. Please be aware that the carriers are changing their rates in response to increases in fuel costs.


If you're dissatisfied with anything you receive from us and it is unused, we will fix it or give you a full refund on the purchase price (shipping costs are NOT refunded). You can also exchange it for something else, whichever you prefer. The refund policy is good for 3 days after you receive the item. We desire your complete satisfaction and will make any adjustment within reason. All returned items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Due to health, sanitary, and hygiene reasons, the following items may NOT be returned if tried on — wigs, beards, mustaches, tights, socks.
